Our treatment menu is offers a wide range of options to suit various needs and preferences. Though the treatment menu is highly regarded, clients are often unsure which treatment to book and they either stick to what they have had previously or select two or three treatments they believe may be suitable. During their appointment, it is common for their choice to change, based on our in-depth understanding of their skin and, most importantly, their trust in our recommendations.
Our more discerning have increasingly sought us out for ‘off the menu treatments’ tailored specifically for them. Upon seeing results post treatment, they have subsequently committed to having regular bespoke treatments whilst others have requested for a bespoke treatment package, knowing that each treatment will be adapted and personalised dependent upon the progression made. Furthermore, every client has subsequently requested a personalised selection of home care products to ensure they maintain their results long after they have left the treatment room.
Why Our Bespoke Facials Are Different
Unlike traditional facials, which follow a standard sequence of steps and products, bespoke facials hit different. We offer two different solutions:
Option 1: Personalised Treatment Plan
This option is ideal for clients who would like to begin a long-term, personalised treatment programme. We start with a Bespoke AI Skin Health Consultation to understand your skin in greater depth and discuss your skincare goals. You will then return for a follow-up appointment, where we will review your bespoke treatment plan together in detail.

Once your Bespoke Treatment Plan has been agreed during the follow-up consultation and payment has been received, we will confirm your treatment start date. Throughout your programme, we will closely monitor your progress and cumulative results, adjusting your treatment sessions when needed to support the best possible outcome.
Option 2: Flexible Bespoke Treatments
This option is ideal for clients seeking a treatment that delivers visible results straight away while also supporting long-term skin health. Each bespoke treatment uses medical-grade professional skincare products and can be combined with other modalities and technologies to suit your skin’s needs, making it appropriate for all skin types.
Because your skin changes over time, every appointment is tailored accordingly. This flexible approach allows us to respond to your skin’s condition at each visit, ensuring that your treatment remains targeted, effective, and personal to you.

This option is designed for clients who want to begin a long-term, personalised treatment programme.
We begin with a Bespoke AI Skin Health Consultation to build a deeper understanding of your skin and discuss your skincare goals. You will then be invited back for a follow-up appointment to review your bespoke treatment plan in detail.

Following an ‘inside-out’ philosophy, we may also recommend Nutritional Supplements based on your AI Skin Analysis results to support your skin’s long-term health.
Follow-up session
Once we have completed your analysis and discussed the initial recommendations, you will be invited back for a follow-up session within 7 days. During this appointment, we will review your curated treatment plan for your skincare goals, including recommended timelines and treatment frequency.
Optional – Nutritional Therapist Referral
We also have an in-house Nutritional Therapist, and we highly recommend speaking with her if you would like additional support. She offers a complimentary 45-minute session to discuss your concerns.
Ongoing assessment and personalisation
If you choose to purchase the recommended products and follow your personalised treatment plan, you will be invited to return for a complimentary follow-up Skin Health Analysis after 12 months. This review helps us assess your progress in detail and refine your treatment plan and product recommendations where needed.
