Once your purchase is complete you can do either of the following:

• Email it to the recipient. They will be required to print to Gift Voucher and present it when redeeming it.
• Print the Gift Voucher and give it to the recipient. They will need to present it when redeeming it.

Gift Voucher & Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

1. The Gift Voucher or Gift Card is valid up to the expiry date as stated on the voucher itself.
2. The Gift Voucher or Gift Card is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
3. No change will be given if the value of the Gift Voucher or Gift Card is less than the amount being redeemed.
4. If there is an outstanding balance remaining after an initial redemption, the remaining amount may be used at a later date, provided this occurs before the stated expiry date.
5. Gift Voucher or Gift Card is non-transferable and must be redeemed solely by the individual named on the Gift Voucher or Gift Card
6. In situations where the total cost of the treatment or product selected exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher or Gift Card, the recipient will be required to pay the difference in full at the time of redemption.
7. Should the recipient find themselves unable to use the Gift Voucher or Gift Card within the designated 12-month validity period, they are advised to notify the salon as soon as possible, ideally no later than one month before the voucher’s expiry date. Any extension of the validity period is at the sole discretion of the salon manager.
8. Once the expiry date has passed, the Gift Voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
9. Fresh & Fabulous Aesthetic Beauty Salon does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers or cards, and no replacements will be issued in such cases.
